After 50 days of delays and incomplete repairs, my car was sent back without resolution. Despite paying in full, I was told the car was fixed and the key would not be released until I signed the final bill. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable.
I Was talked to in an elevated irritated manner by an associate named Greg and I did not appreciate it. The attitude and manner that he spoke to me made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I simply inquired about assistance. It wasn’t appropriate. I will not be back. My air works now though

My special edition Mercedes 550 SL was previously at another dealership twice and not properly diagnosed , twice! Which was annoying and unprofessional. MB Bloomfield figured it out and delivered my 550 early and completely fixed and of course washed and clean! Nick in service, was experienced, professional, and a “ nice guy”!

I took my car in for service and I had questions/concerns about what I was told when I dropped it off. Things didn't set well with me, so I called wanting to speak with someone else for clarity. Ron Johnson spoke with me. He answered all of my questions and made me feel that my concerns mattered. He called back to make sure I was ok to move forward.

Great service, timely repairs, affordable pricing with scheduled repairs, and loaner cars with scheduled repairs for two or more days to address and repair your vehicle. The service advisors are second to none and works diligently to resolve any issues one may have with both service and repairs.

Service Manager a former service advisor does not have the skills to address customer concerns. Mechanic not well trained and up to date on manufacture recalls and rrepairs.
I love it here there great when it comes to Costomer service especially Ron and Brandon .

I visited this Dealership for Service of my 350 GLE turbocharged Mercedes Benz. Alex Johnson was my service guy and he was amiable and efficient. This is my 2nd time coming to this location. But not only Alex, but everyone there says "Hello" and seems very friendly from the guy receiving your guy at the service gate, to the cashier clerk. And they are quick in providing service to your vehicle. I actually have a dealership here in Novi, but feel that the service (literally) at this dealership is better.

I called for an appointment and Ron Johnson made it happened the same day. I was going out of town and wanted my car serviced. Even though I had to leave my car over night and they did not have a loaner car, they had their courtesy vehicle take me to get breakfast and then come back to take me home to another city. During this process, I was alway kept apprised of what was being done, what needed to be done and the costs of everything pertaining to my vehicle. Their texting service is reliable and informative. I applied for approval online, Sales Advisor (Norma) called me promptly after approval and asked me for additional details as to what vehicle & features I was looking for. Showed me additional cars and stayed within a reasonable price range and kept me informed of any updates/changes. Entire staff was pleasant and I will definitely be returning when my lease is up for another vehicle.
Just picked up my 3rd Mercedes from Mark Lazkowski at this dealer and it was an awesome experience. Actually, it was even better than the car I picked up from them 3 years ago - this time there was a huge red bow on the car hood with a sign in the window stating it belonged to me - my name. Fast, smooth, easy transaction and Alan who helped show me all the systems and features in the car was awesome. I even had him help me on the phone to program my garage door opener.
